OGL Utility for Nu-Ashby brings Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) directly into the Ashby ATS interface, enabling in-app step-by-step walkthroughs, tooltips, and onboarding guides created in Oracle to surface seamlessly inside Ashby — without leaving the page.

Designed for Nubank's People & Talent teams, this extension bridges Oracle's powerful guided learning platform with Ashby's recruiting workflow, so users get contextual guidance exactly when and where they need it.

KEY FEATURES
- In-app learning guides: display OGL walkthroughs natively inside Ashby, covering processes like creating job requisitions, managing candidates, and updating pipelines.
- Zero context switching: users follow guided steps without navigating away from Ashby or opening external documentation.
- Session-based activation: guides are triggered per session using secure, anonymous user tokens — no personal data is stored or transmitted.
- Automatic page detection: the extension activates only on Ashby pages (app.ashbyhq.com), remaining dormant everywhere else.
- Lightweight and non-intrusive: all player code runs locally from the extension package — no external scripts are injected into the browser.

HOW IT WORKS
Once installed, the extension silently monitors navigation within Ashby. When a matching page is detected, the locally bundled OGL player initializes and fetches the relevant guide content from Oracle's servers. Guides are then rendered as interactive overlays directly on the Ashby interface.

This extension is intended for internal use by Nubank employees and is managed by the Nubank IT and People Operations teams.
