Ruffle is an open-source Flash Player emulator written in Rust, compiled to WebAssembly. It runs Flash content natively in modern browsers without any plugin. The entire emulator is bundled inside this extension — no internet connection needed to play.

This extension requests only one permission:
  • "storage" — Used solely to count and remember how many times you've pressed
    the button, displayed as a fun stat in the popup. No personal data is stored.
    Nothing is sent anywhere.
