About

GPT Focus removes everything from ChatGPT except what matters: your conversation.

When Focus Mode is on, it hides:
– Left sidebar (chat history + icon rail)
– Model picker / switcher
– Upgrade and Get Plus banners
– Top-right user menu and share buttons
– "What are you working on?" empty-state prompt

What stays: the chat thread and the input box. Nothing else.

Toggle it on or off instantly from the extension icon — no page reload needed. Your preference is saved and restored automatically every time you open ChatGPT.

Works on chatgpt.com and chat.openai.com.

No data is collected. No network requests are made. The extension only runs on ChatGPT and only touches the page layout.
