Acrylic CRM is a private customer data tool built for Acrylic Thailand. It injects a panel into LINE Official Account Manager so staff can record customer details, log sales (product, quantity, amount, receipt), and add follow-up reminders — all while the conversation is open. Data syncs to a team dashboard with sales reports, charts, customer records, and a shared task calendar. Access is role-based and branch-scoped. For internal use only.
