Message Pilot is a powerful Chrome extension for WhatsApp Web that helps you send messages at scale, extract group member details, and reach multiple groups — all without leaving your browser.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

1. Extract Group Members to CSV

Open any WhatsApp group and extract all member names, phone numbers, and roles (admin/member) with one click. Export directly to a CSV file you can open in Excel or Google Sheets. The free version lets you extract up to 50 members per group, 3 times per day.

2. Bulk Message Sender

Upload a CSV or Excel file (XLSX/XLS) with your contacts and send personalized messages to each one. The extension automatically opens each chat, types your message, and sends it with a natural delay between messages.

3. Message Multiple Groups

Select any groups from your chat list and send the same message to all of them at once. Great for announcements, updates, or reaching your community.

PERSONALIZATION THAT WORKS

Use placeholders in your messages to make each one personal:

{{name}} — Full name from your contact list
{{firstName}} — Just the first name
{{phone}} or {{number}} — The contact's phone number
Example: "Hey {{firstName}}! Your package is ready."

PER-CONTACT MESSAGES FROM FILE

Add a "message" column to your CSV or Excel file and each contact gets their own custom message. This means one contact can get "Your appointment is tomorrow" while another gets "Your order has shipped" — all in one send. Placeholders work inside these messages too.

FILE FORMATS SUPPORTED

Upload CSV, XLSX, or XLS files. Excel files keep your formatting, emojis, and line breaks intact.

Install the extension and pin it to your toolbar
Open web.whatsapp.com and scan the QR code
Click the Message Pilot icon
Choose your feature: Extract, Bulk Send, or Group Send
Follow the steps in the popup

PRIVACY & SECURITY

Message Pilot runs entirely in your browser. Your messages and contact data never leave your computer. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your WhatsApp data. The extension only interacts with WhatsApp Web's interface — it does not access WhatsApp's servers or APIs. This app is not officially related to Meta or WhatsApp officially.
