Changelog
- Jun 9, 2026description
This extension is currently in beta. Feedback is welcome and helps improve extraction quality, usability, and real-world page support. Turn visible web page data into clean spreadsheet-ready tables. After installing the extension, open a web page, right-click, and start the table capture tool. Select the visible area you want to organize. The extension reads the visible text and links inside that selected area and creates a table preview in the browser. You can review the result before copying. If needed, edit column names, edit cells, add or remove rows and columns, adjust column widths, reorder columns, or manage multiple temporary sheets in the same tab. The table output can be copied to Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc, and other spreadsheet tools. You can also download CSV, copy Markdown tables, batch-copy selected sheets, and optionally include URL columns when table cells contain links. This extension is designed for manually selected visible web data such as web tables, table-like layouts, news lists, product lists, contact lists, and link-rich tables. It runs locally in the browser. It does not upload page content, require an account, use remote processing, crawl websites, log in to websites, or connect directly to Google Sheets. Current limitations: it does not extract text from images, screenshots, PDF files, or page areas where the text cannot be selected or read as normal page text. Some complex page layouts may still require manual cleanup.
