Built by someone who works the bookings — every feature removes a copy-paste or a tab-hunt.
What it does:

Booking summary at a glance — guest, dates, hotel, prices, and status pinned to the top of every booking.
Smart cancellation check — reads the cancellation policy, flags free-cancel windows vs. penalties, and shows the deadline that matters (when several dates exist, it surfaces the one nearest today).
One-click Details — copies the key booking block (check-in/out, hotel, holder, occupancy) straight to your clipboard, ready to paste.
Provider emailing — matches the booking's provider to your supplier directory and opens a Gmail compose to the right front-line/CS address, reusing your suppliers inbox tab instead of piling up new ones. A built-in picker covers anything that doesn't auto-match.
Email templates — refund, partial refund, confirmation requests, and follow-ups, pre-filled with the booking's context.
Hotel phone lookup, quick GSA access, light/dark mode, and a show/hide toggle for the bar.
