About

Engaging consistently on X is a full-time job. Crazy Pigeon does the drafting for you — it reads your feed and your mentions, writes replies and comments in your voice, and either queues them for your approval or fires them off, depending on the mode you pick.

Tell it who you are (voice, topics, style) and what you'll let it do. It scrolls your feed in the background, drafts comments on relevant posts, picks up new mentions and thread replies, and routes each draft to your approval queue — or acts immediately if you've set that action to Auto. The live activity ticker shows what it's doing in real time.

HOW IT WORKS

Open the side panel and fill in your Persona (handle, voice, topics, style, things to avoid)
Paste a Google Gemini API key in Settings (free tier works — get one at aistudio.google.com)
Per-action permissions: choose Auto, Approval, or Paused for likes, comments on feed, and replies in threads
Hit Start — the agent opens X tabs in the background and gets to work
SMART FEATURES

Persona-driven drafting: every comment and reply is generated against your voice, topics, and style — not generic AI-speak
Two independent loops running in parallel: a feed scroller for new posts and a notifications poller for mentions and thread replies
Approval queue: review drafts before they go live, edit them inline, or reject — rejected items are remembered so you never see them re-proposed
Auto mode: when you trust the agent on a specific action, set it to Auto and skip the queue entirely for that action
Dual-gate dedup: a local engagement ledger plus a DOM scan for your handle in-thread ensures the agent never replies twice to the same post (even if you replied manually from another device)
Content filter: comma-separated topics the agent must skip — politics, NSFW, crypto pumping, anything you don't want associated with your handle
Manual skip list: tweet URLs the agent must never engage with, added to the dedup ledger immediately
Pause-anywhere: Stop and Pause take effect instantly, even during long sleeps — the live ticker shows a countdown when the loop is idle
Tunable timing: control how often the agent checks notifications, how long it waits between comments and replies, and how aggressively it scans the feed
Full transparency: a Logs tab streams every decision, every API call, every action taken — searchable and filterable
YOUR API KEY, YOUR DATA

Crazy Pigeon uses your own Google Gemini API key — get one free at aistudio.google.com. All data (persona, drafts, engagement history, settings) is stored locally in your browser. Nothing is sent to any server except the Gemini API for AI generation. No analytics, no tracking, no accounts.

COST ESTIMATE

With gemini-2.5-flash, roughly $0.001 to $0.002 per drafted comment or reply (filter call + generation). Drafting 100 comments per day costs around $0.10 to $0.20.
