Gfacility brings your meeting bookings inside Google Calendar.

Book meeting rooms, request catering, schedule services, and announce visitors directly from the Calendar event you're already editing — no tab-switching, no separate booking app. Every action happens in the side panel attached to calendar.google.com.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Effortless room scheduling — browse your organization's full room catalog, filter by category, and pick a room without leaving Calendar. Real-time conflict detection flags overlaps before you save.

• Streamline attendee management — reception is notified automatically as soon as you announce a visitor. Internal users and external guests handled in the same flow.

• Catering and service ordering — order food and beverages or request setup services (AV, presentations, recording) for any meeting in a few clicks. Quantities, delivery times, and notes inline.

• Tenant-aware finkey defaults — project codes, cost centres, and other finance fields pre-fill from your organization's configuration (organizer, primary location, or manual selection — whichever your tenant prefers).

• Seven UI languages — English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Swedish.
