What it does:
Stash any page instantly with one click or a keyboard shortcut. Save entire browsing sessions when you need to close tabs but don't want to lose your research. Add notes to remember why something mattered. Organize everything into folders.

AI-powered organization:
StashAI uses AI to automatically summarize stashed pages and generate tags — so you know what you saved without reopening it. Search your entire stash using natural language: "that article about landing page design" or "recipes I saved last week."

Private Mode:
Switch to Private Mode for bookmark-only saving with zero AI processing. Nothing leaves your browser. Your private stash is completely separate and invisible in regular mode.

Data usage:
StashAI stores all your data locally in your browser. The only external communication is with OpenRouter's AI API (only when AI features are enabled) to generate summaries and tags. Page title, URL, and a text excerpt are sent for analysis. No personal information is collected, stored externally, or shared. Private Mode items are never sent anywhere.
