About
VigiFlow ADR Filler is a pharmacovigilance tool for Indian reporting centres that auto-fills WHO VigiFlow ICSR (Individual Case Safety Report) forms using Claude AI — eliminating 15–20 minutes of manual data entry per report. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a new ICSR on VigiFlow (vigiflow.who-umc.org) 2. Click "Copy Claude Prompt" in the extension — a structured prompt is copied to your clipboard 3. Paste the prompt into Claude AI, then add your patient case notes after the marker 4. Claude returns a structured JSON with all fields extracted and coded 5. Paste the JSON into the extension textarea and click "Fill Form" 6. All 9 form sections auto-fill instantly — review and manually click Save WHAT GETS FILLED AUTOMATICALLY • Report metadata — type, dates received, sender type • Patient demographics — initials, sex, age, age group • Reaction details — MedDRA-coded term, onset/end dates, outcome, seriousness criteria • Drug information — WHODrug-coded name, dose, route, indication (MedDRA), start/stop dates, action taken, causality per drug • Medical history — MedDRA-coded past conditions • Lab tests and procedures • Case narrative • Assessment — MedDRA diagnosis code DESIGNED FOR • PvPI / IPC National Coordination Centre reporters • Adverse Drug Monitoring Centres (AMCs) across India • Pharmacovigilance professionals handling ICSR submissions to VigiBase TECHNICAL NOTES • Works only on https://vigiflow.who-umc.org (ICSR reporting pages) • Requires Claude AI access (claude.ai or API) • Handles Angular Material form controls, MedDRA/WHODrug autocomplete, and complex multi-drug reports • Supports multiple suspect, concomitant, and interacting drugs in one report • All data stays local — no data is sent anywhere except the VigiFlow form itself This extension does not store, transmit, or log any patient data. The form filling runs entirely within your browser on the VigiFlow page.
