FEATURES

JWT Token Inspector
Automatically detects JWT tokens in localStorage, sessionStorage, and cookies. Decodes the header and payload, and shows whether the token is valid or expired with a countdown timer.

Cookie Viewer
Browse all cookies for the current site. See domain, path, Secure, HttpOnly, and SameSite attributes at a glance. Filter by name or value.

Storage Inspector
View and search both localStorage and sessionStorage key-value pairs for the active page. Click any value to copy it to your clipboard.

HTTP Header Capture
Monitor request and response headers in real time. Filter by request type, method, status code, or URL. Expand any entry to see all headers.

Custom Header Injection
Create rules to inject custom request headers on matching URLs. Supports wildcard patterns so you can target specific domains, paths, or all traffic. Toggle rules on or off without deleting them.

Dark-Themed UI
Designed for developers who spend their day in dark mode. Compact 520px popup with tabbed navigation — no new windows, no DevTools panel required.

PRIVACY

All cookie, storage, and header data is processed locally in your browser. Nothing leaves your device. The extension collects only anonymous install and error analytics via Google Analytics 4 to help improve the product. No personal data is collected. PERMISSIONS

Request Buddy needs broad permissions to do its job:
- cookies: read cookies for the current site
- webRequest: capture HTTP headers
- declarativeNetRequest: inject custom headers
- scripting: read localStorage and sessionStorage
- host_permissions (all URLs): required for header capture and injection on any site
