This Chrome extension exports Zendesk Help Center articles in bulk from your browser. Use it to load content into generative AI (LLMs), back up articles, import into other tools, and similar cases.

✨ What it does
• Bulk-fetch articles from the Help Center you have open (e.g. yourdomain.zendesk.com/hc/...) via the Help Center API
• Output: CSV is one file; Markdown is one file per language (locale)
• On multilingual Help Centers, fetches every language in order when the API allows
• The CSV includes both HTML body (column name body) and Markdown-converted body (column name body_markdown)
• Markdown conversion uses [Turndown](https://github.com/mixmark-io/turndown).

🚀 How to use
1. Open the target Zendesk Help Center in your browser
2. Click the extension icon on the toolbar
3. Under Format, choose CSV or Markdown, then click Export articles
4. Files are saved to your download folder (one CSV; if there are multiple locales, multiple Markdown files are saved in sequence)

🔐 Login and export scope
• Not signed in: public articles only
• Signed in: articles you are allowed to view with your account (per Zendesk permissions)

⚠️ Notes
• Only articles you have permission to view can be retrieved. Non-public articles require the right Zendesk permissions and sign-in.
• Article data is downloaded and saved on your PC. There is no feature that sends article bodies to the developer’s servers. Only ordinary Help Center API access and the browser’s download feature are used.

Zendesk Help Center の記事を、ブラウザからまとめて書き出す拡張機能です。生成AI（LLM）に読み込ませたり、記事のバックアップを取ったり、別ツールに取り込んだりするときなどに使えます。

✨ できること
・開いているヘルプセンター（yourdomain.zendesk.com/hc/ など）の記事を、Help Center API 経由で一括取得
・出力形式：CSV は 1 ファイル、Markdown は言語（ロケール）ごとに 1 ファイル
・多言語のヘルプセンターでは、API が使える場合はすべての言語を順に取得
・CSV には本文の HTML（列名 body）と Markdown 変換後の本文（列名 body_markdown）の両方を含む
・Markdown 変換には Turndownを使用

🚀 使い方
1. 対象の Zendesk ヘルプセンターをブラウザで開く
2. ツールバーの拡張機能アイコンをクリック
3. Format で CSV か Markdown を選び、Export articles をクリック
4. ダウンロードフォルダに保存される（CSV は 1 ファイル。Markdown は言語が複数あると複数ファイルが順に保存されます。）

🔐 ログインと取得できる範囲
・未ログイン：公開記事のみ
・ログイン済み：あなたのアカウントで閲覧できる範囲の記事（Zendesk 側の権限に従います）

⚠️ 注意
・取得できるのは、あなたが閲覧権限を持つ記事に限ります。非公開記事には Zendesk での権限とログインが必要です。
・記事データはお使いの PC にダウンロードして保存します。開発者のサーバーに本文を送る機能はありません。Zendesk への通常の API アクセスと、ブラウザのダウンロード機能のみを使います。
