Detailed Description:
ChatGPT Speed Engine is an early-access browser extension that helps long AI chat conversations stay usable.

It currently supports ChatGPT and Claude.

When a conversation gets long, the extension can compact older messages behind an in-page barrier while keeping the newest messages available. You can reveal older context with Load Previous, temporarily show the full conversation with Show All Carefully, and re-compact when you are done.

Privacy-focused design:
The extension works locally in your browser for compacting and reveal behaviour. Chat content is not sent to our servers.

Account and billing features may use Supabase and Stripe for sign-in, plan status, and payment management, where applicable.

Early access:
This product is still being improved. Some very large or file-heavy chats may still be limited by the host website’s own loading behaviour.

Planned Pro features include advanced provider controls, custom performance settings, more supported AI chat sites, and power-user presets.
