About

**MLS Communicator** is a side-panel Chrome extension built for real estate agents. Browse any MLS listing and instantly generate a polished, personalized text message to the listing agent — no copy-pasting phone numbers, no typing from scratch.

### How it works
1. Open any MLS listing page (MLSListings, Matrix, Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, and more)
2. Click the 🏠 toolbar icon to open the side panel
3. MLS Communicator automatically detects the listing agent's name, phone number, and property address
4. Pick a message type, preview the message, then copy it or send directly to iMessage on Mac

Set up your profile once (name, brokerage, DRE#, phone, email) and every message is automatically signed and attributed to you.

### Editable templates
Customize any of the six templates using simple `{{token}}` placeholders. Tokens include `{{agentGreeting}}`, `{{address}}`, `{{myName}}`, `{{myBroker}}`, `{{mySignature}}`, and more. Reset to defaults any time.

### Works everywhere
Optimized for MLSListings.com and Matrix MLS portals, with broad support for Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, and any page containing a phone number.

### Privacy first
Your profile data is stored locally in Chrome's built-in sync storage. Nothing is sent to any external server.
