About
Designed to break the impulsive doomscrolling loop on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels; but still lets you watch one that your friend sends you. It disables all page interactions and scrolling on short-form video feeds, while keeping the video content itself visible. ScrollBlock lets you watch a single video but blocks you from endlessly scrolling to the next, then the next, and so on. You'll see when it's active, with the direction to stay mindful and close the tab to get out of the loop.
