Opens the tab in a pop-up. Right-click any page, select Open-as-popup. 

Seamless and does not reload the page itself, or create a new page. Converts the original page into a popup. 

Spiritual successor to Open-as-Popup by ht0.dev, as it is no-longer installable after Chrome Manifest V2.
