#What it does:
- Client Management — Create client profiles with their preferences (rent/buy, budget, property type, preferred location) and manage them in a visual
  card-based interface.
- One-Click Bookmark — While browsing PropertyGuru or 99.co listing pages, a floating button lets you instantly save any property to a specific client. All
  key details (price, bedrooms, floor area, MRT, agent contact) are captured automatically.
- Per-Client Property Board — Each client has their own saved properties list with filtering, sorting, and drag-and-drop custom ordering. Never mix up which
  properties you showed to which client.
- Tags & Notes — Add custom tags (e.g. "Shortlisted", "Visited", "Top Pick") and notes to each saved property for easy tracking and filtering.
- Share with Clients — Generate a clean, print-ready property report with one click. Images, details, tags, and notes are all included — ready to save as PDF
  and send to your client.
