この拡張機能は、Google スプレッドシート、ドキュメント、スライドの共有設定が「リンクを知っている全員」に設定されている場合に警告を表示します。
また、共有設定を「リンクを知っている全員」に変更した際にも同様の警告を表示します。
警告メッセージには、管理者に確認を求めるメッセージのサンプルや、今後通知を表示しないためのオプションが含まれています。

この機能により、意図せずに共有設定が「リンクを知っている全員」となってしまうことや、誤って「リンクを知っている全員」に変更してしまうことを防ぎます。
