TreeRings.ai Collector lets you capture document images and text from any website and send them directly to your TreeRings.ai account for AI-powered transcription, fact extraction, and genealogy research.

How it works:

1. Browse any archive, library, or genealogy website
2. Right-click an image or use the toolbar to select what you want to capture
3. The extension sends it to TreeRings.ai where AI transcribes and extracts facts automatically

Key features:

- Select Image: Click any document image on a page to capture it in full resolution
- Capture Region: Draw a selection box to screenshot any area of the page
- Capture Text: Highlight text on a page and send it as a source
- Right-click to send any image directly to TreeRings
- Smart detection for IIIF digital archive viewers (OpenSeadragon, Mirador, Universal Viewer)
- Automatic duplicate detection — the extension shows when you've already captured from the current page
- Capture history with links back to your sources in TreeRings
- Real-time page quota tracking so you always know your usage
