Pick a severity for each site: • Observe — nothing is blocked; visits are simply counted so you can see your patterns. • Friction — a few seconds' pause and one question before you enter. You can always continue. • Quota — free access up to X minutes of active time per day, then paused until tomorrow. • Block — no access, with a kind pause page (or the tab closes — your choice).
