About

BPMN Helper for Enterprise Systems is a productivity tool for ERP consultants, business analysts, and developers who need to document or automate business processes.
It observes the network requests your browser is already making during your authenticated ERP session, and automatically generates a BPMN 2.0 process diagram from them — saving hours of manual diagramming work.
HOW IT WORKS

Open your ERP application in the browser and log in as you normally would.
Enter your ERP hostname once in the extension popup and click Allow — the extension will request access to only that domain.
Click Start Recording in the extension popup.
Perform the business process you want to document (e.g. create a purchase order, approve a project).
Click Stop Recording, then Generate BPMN Flow.
Download the .bpmn file or copy the XML — ready to import into Camunda, Signavio, or any BPMN-compatible tool.

PRIVACY & DATA HANDLING

All processing happens entirely inside your browser. No data is sent to any external server, cloud service, or third party — ever.
The extension only reads request metadata that your browser is already sending: URL paths, HTTP methods, and request body fields such as projection name and entity set name.
Captured data is held in browser memory only and is discarded when you clear the session or close the popup.
The extension requests access only to the single ERP domain you enter — no other websites are affected.
The extension is completely dormant on any page where you have not started a recording session.
This tool operates strictly as a passive observation utility for documentation purposes. It does not modify, delete, or write any data within the ERP environment, nor does it bypass any existing security or authentication protocols

WHO IS THIS FOR
This tool is designed for professionals working with self-hosted, on-premises enterprise ERP systems deployed on private corporate networks.

This is an independent, third-party utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any ERP vendor.
