Job Atlas is a privacy-first job application tracker for Chrome. Capture postings in one click, review auto-detected red flags before you save, and manage every application in a calm Notion-inspired pipeline — all stored locally on your device.

Capture without leaving the page

Open Job Atlas on any job posting and your capture form pre-fills with title, company, and location. Works on LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, Indeed, Ashby, Workday, and other career sites via structured data and smart fallbacks. Return to the same URL to edit an existing entry, or get notified when you may already have that role saved.

Review before you save

When you open the capture popup, Job Atlas scans the posting for things worth a second look — on-call or pager duty, hybrid and in-office requirements, geo-restricted remote roles, compensation caveats (such as pay that may fall outside the posted range), application deadlines, and roles paying below your minimum salary. Findings appear in a clear checklist so you can decide with eyes open.

Export your pipeline as JSON or CSV for spreadsheets and safekeeping. Import existing lists when switching tools.

Your data stays yours

Everything is saved in chrome.storage.local on your device. No account, no cloud sync, no analytics, and no data sent to external servers.

Permissions

Job Atlas reads the current job page only when you open the capture popup or use the context menu. Analysis runs at that moment — not in the background — and nothing is transmitted to external servers.
