  Claude Usage Tracker is a lightweight Chrome extension built for anyone who uses Claude regularly and wants to stay on top of their message  
    allowance without interrupting their flow.
  
    Once installed, a small floating widget appears in the corner of Claude.ai showing you exactly where you stand. A colour-coded progress bar
    tracks your usage in real time, green when you're comfortable, orange as you start getting through it, and red when you're running low.
    Beneath the bar you'll see a live countdown showing exactly how long until your 5-hour window resets, so you always know when you'll get a   
    fresh allowance.
  
    The widget also thinks ahead. If your current pace means you're on track to hit the limit before the reset, it'll show you a warning with an 
    estimate of how much time you have left before you run out. No maths required, just a quiet heads-up when it actually matters.
  
    Everything works automatically from the moment you open Claude. There's nothing to set up, no API keys to paste in, and no accounts to       
    create. If you're already logged into Claude, it just works.
  
    The widget is draggable so you can move it anywhere on the screen that's out of your way, and all your data stays entirely on your device,   
    nothing is sent to any third party.
  
    Note: This extension uses unofficial Claude.ai internal APIs and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. It may stop working if     
    Anthropic changes their API.
