Stay focused. GSD is a Chrome extension that reads each page you open and gets in the way of anything that isn't your current task.

You type what you're trying to do. Something like "finish the Q3 report" or "study for the Tuesday exam." GSD watches the pages you open. If a page helps, it loads. If you've quietly drifted onto Twitter for the fourth time today, GSD steps in and asks whether this is actually part of the report.

It runs on your own machine using Chrome's built-in AI (Gemini Nano). No API key. No sign-up. Page content never leaves your laptop.

If your device can't run the on-device model, you can plug in your own Gemini or OpenAI key and use those instead. Your key stays in browser storage. There is no GSD server, so there is nothing for me to lose, leak, or sell.
