WHAT IS "Thirukkural (திருக்குறள்)"?


Thirukkural is a must-read book written by the divine poet Thiruvalluvar who is said to have lived anytime between 2nd century BC and 5th century AD. The book is very well sculptured in the form of 1330 couplets organized into 133 chapters. The Thirukkural expounds on various aspects of life and is one of the most important works in the Tamil language.
