PDFTouch is a PDF editor that runs entirely inside your browser. Sign a
contract, fill a form, merge two PDFs into one, split a long document,

### Privacy

PDFTouch is built privacy-first:

- No server. There is no PDFTouch backend.
- No analytics, no telemetry, no third-party scripts.
- No `host_permissions`, no `<all_urls>`. The extension cannot read any
  webpage you visit; it only reads PDFs you explicitly hand it.
- No remote code. pdf.js and pdf-lib are vendored locally; no CDN.
- The only thing stored locally is the **names** of your 8 most recent
  files (so the popup can show them). File contents are never stored
  anywhere — they leave memory the moment you close the editor tab.
