About

Watch YouTube while you wait for Claude Code to finish thinking.
When you submit a prompt in Claude Code, your YouTube video automatically starts playing — that's your downtime. When Claude finishes responding, the video pauses so you can review the output without distraction.
How it works:

A lightweight local relay server (runs on your machine) receives signals from Claude Code hooks
This extension connects to that server and controls YouTube playback
No data leaves your machine — everything runs locally on localhost

Setup takes 2 minutes:

Install the extension
Run the relay server (one npm command)
Add two lines to your Claude Code settings

Full setup guide: github.com/[your-username]/claude-youtube-sync
Requirements:

Claude Code (Anthropic's AI coding CLI)
Node.js installed locally
The companion relay server (included in the GitHub repo)
