• All data is stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB

HOW IT WORKS

1. Install the extension
2. Click the extension icon to open the side panel, or click the "Analyze" button that appears on every Bluesky profile page
3. Enter any Bluesky handle — @alice.bsky.social, alice.bsky.social, or a full bsky.app profile URL all work
4. Your first scan takes 3 to 15 minutes depending on account size
5. See your follower analytics — who doesn't follow back, who unfollowed, ghost followers, mutuals, and daily trends
6. Automatic re-scans run every 24 hours so you're notified the moment someone unfollows or joins

TECHNICAL NOTES

Works on bsky.app. Uses the official Bluesky public XRPC API (public.api.bsky.app). Respects rate limits with a 5 request per second throttle. Chunked scans persist progress and resume after browser restart via chrome.alarms. IndexedDB handles 500K+ followers comfortably. Manifest V3 service-worker architecture.
