  How It Works
  
  When you open a Steam profile, CS Stats reads the Steam64 ID from the page and fetches available data from supported sources in the background. Everything is shown inside Steam in a simple, readable layout.
  
  Supported Sources
  
  - Steam Web API
  - FACEIT
  - Leetify
  - CSStats
  - CS2 Game Coordinator proxy
  
  Only available data is shown. If a player does not have a FACEIT account, Leetify profile, clips, or other matching data, those sections will not appear.
  
  Privacy
  
  CS Stats only reads the Steam64 ID from the Steam profile you are already viewing. That ID is used only to request the stats displayed by the extension. No personal data is sold or shared beyond the services required to fetch that information.
  
  Notes
  
  Some stats depend on third-party services and may not be available for every player. Displayed data can vary based on profile visibility, source availability, and whether the player has data on those platforms.

  With CS Stats, you can view:
  - Steam account details like wins, K/D, headshot percentage, hours played, account age, friend code, and ban status
  - FACEIT information including level, ELO, and linked profile details
  - Leetify stats such as Premier rating, aim rating, K/D, win rate, recent form, and recent matches
  - CSStats profile data including Premier and wins when available
  - Commendations, medals, rank visuals, and other profile highlights
  - AllStar clips directly from supported profiles
  
  The extension is designed to make profile checking fast, useful, and visually clean. Whether you're scouting teammates, checking opponents, comparing accounts, or just curious about someone’s CS history, CS Stats gives you a much better view of the profile than Steam alone.

  CS2 Recon adds a Stats panel directly to every Steam profile you visit — no tab switching, no searching on other sites.
  
  WHAT YOU SEE ON EVERY PROFILE
  
  • CS Rating (Premier) displayed in the correct in-game colour — grey, light blue, blue, purple, pink, red, or gold based on the player's tier
  • Peak Premier rating and total wins
  • Competitive and wingman rank badges, shown per map
  • FACEIT level icon, ELO, total matches, and K/D ratio
  • Leetify skill ratings — Aim, Positioning, Utility, and Reaction time
  • Steam account age and CS2 friend code
  • Commendations count
  
  HOW IT WORKS
  
  When you open a Steam profile, CS2 Recon silently fetches stats from multiple sources in the background:
  
  - Steam Web API — account age, friend code, commendations
  - FACEIT — rank, ELO, match history
  - Leetify — Premier rating, skill ratings, rank images
  - CSStats — Premier rating and wins as a fallback
  
  If a player has no data on a given source (e.g. no FACEIT account), that row is simply not shown. Nothing is displayed unless real data exists.
  
  PRIVACY
  
  The extension only reads the Steam64 ID from the profile page you are already viewing. That ID is used solely to look up public stats from the services listed above. No data is collected, stored, or sent anywhere else.
  
  REQUIREMENTS
  
  Works out of the box. Uses your own Steam API key (bundled) to fetch account data. FACEIT and Leetify data requires valid API keys (bundled).
