Back again with another WipEout theme: this time AG-Systems

This theme took HOURS to put together because of a myriad of reasons (bad coding, frames not showing up, etc.) But it's working, so that's all that matters I guess.

If the title wasn't clear, there are TWO versions of this theme: the original version 1 (red) and version 2 (blue). So pick your poison. It was originally going to be just one single theme but I ended up going with two separate themes because I noticed that v1 wasn't light enough (too many dark colors).
