    description
Prioritize your product backlog by business impact—not opinions or politics. Navaro Prioritizer (Sprint Impact) helps Product Managers and Heads of Product decide what to build next using your product context, backlog items, and optional customer and analytics evidence. Get a prioritized list with clear reasoning and a ready-to-share summary for your VP—in under two minutes.

    WHO IT'S FOR
    • Product Managers, Group PMs, and Heads of Product
    • Teams in B2B SaaS, B2C, or other product-led companies
    • Anyone preparing for sprint planning or backlog prioritization who wants data-backed recommendations

    THE PROBLEM
Prioritization is often driven by gut feeling, politics, or who speaks loudest. That leads to wasted effort on features that don’t move the needle, while customer feedback, support tickets, and analytics sit unused. Navaro Prioritizer turns your backlog and evidence into a clear, impact-based order with reasoning you can defend and share.

    HOW IT WORKS

    1. ADD PRODUCT CONTEXT (seconds)
    • Product URL (required)—so we understand your product and market
    • Company or product name, business unit (optional)
    • Extra context (optional)—e.g. “B2B SaaS for mid-market sales teams, pipeline visibility and forecasting”
You stay in control: the more context you share, the better the impact forecast. We only use what you provide.

    2. PASTE YOUR BACKLOG
    • Add 3–10 or more candidate items—one per line
    • Copy from Jira, Linear, a planning doc, or type them in
    • Optional: use “Import from Jira” to pull issues (with domain and API token) and add them to the backlog
Examples: “Improve onboarding step 2 to reduce drop-off after signup”, “Add weekly summary email with usage highlights”, “Simplify billing page and make pricing clearer”

    3. ADD EVIDENCE (optional but recommended)
    • Customer feedback & tickets: paste Zendesk/Intercom excerpts, survey quotes, or any text-based feedback
    • Analytics highlights: paste or describe key metrics (e.g. “40% drop-off at onboarding step 2”, “DAU flat but weekly active teams growing”, “High churn in first 30 days”)
You don’t need perfect data. We do our best with what you share and clearly indicate when confidence is low.

    4. ANALYSE IMPACT
    • Click “Analyse Impact”. Your data is sent to our analysis service (no account required)
    • We infer your product type, typical KPIs, and focus KPIs from your URL and context
    • We analyse each backlog item: primary KPI impacted, impact level (High/Medium/Low), confidence, and 3–5 sentences of reasoning grounded in best practices, your context, and your evidence
    • Items are sorted by expected business impact

    5. REVIEW & EXPORT
    • See a product summary (market type, category, ICP, typical KPIs, suggested focus KPIs)
    • See each item with impact level, confidence, and reasoning—including what’s based on your feedback or analytics vs. category best practices
    • Click “Export summary for your VP” to get a formatted block ready to paste into Slack, email, Notion, Confluence, or your sprint planning doc—with short justifications and references to evidence where available

    FEATURES
    • No sign-up required—use the extension immediately
    • Privacy-first: only the data you enter (URL, context, backlog, feedback, analytics) is sent; we don’t collect or share other data. A consent step makes this explicit before analysis
    • Jira import: connect your Jira (domain + API token) to pull issues into the backlog and enrich analysis with ticket context
    • Clear confidence levels: when we lack direct evidence for an item, we say so and base recommendations on category best practices
    • No invented numbers: we use qualitative, directional language (e.g. “likely to significantly improve early retention”), not made-up metrics

    PRIVACY & DATA
We only use the data you paste or enter in the extension and the product URL you provide to generate the requested analysis. Draft state can be stored locally in your browser for convenience. We also collect limited, non-personal usage analytics (such as feature usage and performance metrics) to improve the extension. No data is shared between customers. See our privacy policy (link in store listing) for full details.

    GET STARTED
Install the extension, open it from the toolbar, add your product URL and backlog, optionally add feedback and analytics, and click “Analyse Impact”. In about a minute you’ll have a prioritized list and an export-ready summary for your VP or Head of Product.

No account, no credit card—just better prioritization.
