STAR Tracker is a comprehensive productivity extension for Amazon Paragon investigators. It provides real-time case timing, queue detection, and daily performance metrics without relying on Paragon's built-in timer.

MULTI-PROFILE SUPPORT

Three investigation profiles in one extension:
- SAFE-T: Seller claims and refund investigations
- SSR: Strategic Sellers Review
- PAT: Product Authenticity (includes Unit of Work tracking)

CORE FEATURES

- Internal AHT timer: independent per-case timer triggered by lobby card detection
- Queue auto-detection: identifies active queue from Paragon DOM elements
- Marketplace grouping: cases organized by marketplace (NA, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, IN, JP, AU, and more)
- Target tracking: per-queue time targets with on-target/over-target indicators
- Daily statistics: total cases, average AHT, success rate, fastest/slowest case
- Weekly summary: rolling 7-day performance overview

AUTOMATION

- Auto-accept: automatically accept incoming cases
- Auto-clean: dismiss missed cases from the lobby
- Auto-increment: advance task counter on case completion
- Auto-open attachments: open seller attachments in new tabs
- Auto-open tools: launch investigation tools (Grass, OBLT, SPOT, PeekNow) per marketplace

PRODUCTIVITY TOOLS

- Floating widget: draggable overlay showing active cases, timer, and AUX status on all pages
- Keyword alerts: modal popup when configured keywords are found in case content
- Marketplace banner: colored indicator bar on case pages
- Dark mode: full Paragon dark theme (invert + hue-rotate with image preservation)
- Green time tracking: monitors idle time in Available status

METRICS AND HISTORY

- Daily Goal: auto-calculated from shift duration and queue targets
- On Target / Over Target counts with success rate
- Fastest / Slowest case tracking
- Today vs Yesterday comparison
- Date picker with history navigation
- Export: daily CSV, week-to-date CSV, full stats backup
- Auto-export: configurable scheduled exports (daily + weekly on Fridays)
- Import: restore from CSV backup
