1. Information Collection and Use
No Content Storage or Uploading: The Extension is designed exclusively for text and password generation. We do not collect, store, upload, or transmit any text you input or any generated passwords to external servers. All generation and processing happen entirely within your local environment.

Exclusive Use of Local Storage: The Extension only accesses and utilizes browser local storage (chrome.storage.local) to save your user preferences and configurations (such as length or complexity toggles). This data is kept strictly on your local device and is never transmitted externally.

2. Character Selection & User Security Responsibility
Selected Character Sets: To optimize user experience and readability, the Extension generates passwords using a specifically selected subset of alphabet, number, and symbol characters (rather than the entire comprehensive standard character sets).

User Verification Required: Because the passwords are built from these specific pre-selected character groups, you are solely responsible for reviewing the generated password prior to use, ensuring it aligns with your personal or organizational security criteria, complexity requirements, and safety standards. We do not warrant or guarantee that the generated passwords will meet all external security guidelines.

3. Clipboard Integration & Security
Clipboard Interaction: At your explicit request or action, the Extension can copy the generated text/password directly to your system clipboard.

Clipboard Security: The Extension does not monitor, log, or protect data once it enters your system clipboard. Because the clipboard is a shared resource accessible by other applications on your operating system, you are solely responsible for managing and maintaining the security of any sensitive information or passwords copied to your clipboard.
