  ArcSolve Light is a lightweight PDF viewer extension designed for a single purpose: detect PDF links on web pages, open them instantly in a built-in viewer, and provide optional translation.
  
  What it does on pages
  - Scans page structure (HTML elements, link positions) to detect when a link points to a PDF.
  - Reads the PDF link and basic metadata needed to open the file and display it in the viewer.
  - When you use translation, it processes PDF text/selected text to translate it, then returns translated results back into the viewer.
  
  How it uses data (Limited Use)
  - Data is processed only to provide PDF viewing and translation.
  - We do not use PDF content for advertising.
  - We do not sell or transfer user data to third parties.
  - Remote code and remote services are limited to ArcSolve-controlled endpoints used to keep the viewer lightweight and to deliver translation components.
  
  User control
  - Translation is optional and can be disabled at any time.
  - Preferences (translation on/off, target language, viewer settings) stay on the device.

  ArcSolve Translate는 Chrome 안에서 PDF를 감지해 열고, PDF 텍스트와 사용자가 선택한 웹페이지 텍스트를 번역하는 가벼운 읽기 보조 확장 프로그램입니다.

  - PDF viewer에서 대상 언어를 바꿔가며 문서 내용을 비교
  
  ArcSolve Translate는 PDF 보기와 번역에 집중합니다. 웹페이지 요약, 자료 클리핑, ArcSolve workspace 저장은 ArcSolve Distill의 역할이고, 탭 이동·클릭·입력 같은 브라우저 작업 실행은 ArcSolve Agent의 역할입니다.
  
  번역 기능을 사용할 때는 사용자가 요청한 PDF 텍스트 또는 선택한 웹 텍스트와 대상 언어가 Google 번역 엔드포인트로 전송됩니다. 현재 구현 기준으로 PDF 파일, 원문 텍스트, 번역 결과를 ArcSolve 서버로 업로드하지 않습니다.
  
  일부 로그인 문서, 접근이 제한된 페이지, 스캔본 또는 이미지 기반 PDF, 텍스트 추출이 어려운 PDF는 감지되거나 번역되지 않을 수 있습니다. 정확도가 중요한 학술, 법률, 의료, 계약 문서는 번역 결과만으로 판단하지 말고 원문과 함께 확인하세요.
