About
Fantasy Foundry ESPN Connect Helper lets fantasy baseball managers connect a private ESPN league to Fantasy Foundry without digging through browser developer tools. Open your ESPN fantasy baseball league page, click the helper, and choose Connect to Fantasy Foundry. The helper detects your ESPN league ID and season, reads the ESPN cookies required for private-league access, and sends them to Fantasy Foundry so the app can import league settings, rosters, and ownership context. What it does: - Finds the ESPN fantasy baseball league ID and season from the active ESPN league page. - Reads the ESPN SWID and espn_s2 cookies needed for private ESPN fantasy league imports. - Opens Fantasy Foundry and hands off the connection request. - Helps Fantasy Foundry import league settings, team roster context, and league-wide ownership for projections and add/drop decisions. Privacy and safety: - The helper is read-only. It does not set lineups, add or drop players, make trades, or perform commissioner actions. - ESPN cookie values are not placed in URLs, query strings, localStorage, extension persistent storage, or app responses. - The handoff uses short-lived browser session storage and Fantasy Foundry stores ESPN credentials only in backend memory with a short time-to-live. - The helper sends ESPN credentials only to Fantasy Foundry over HTTPS for the league connection flow. Important note: This extension is an unofficial helper for Fantasy Foundry. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ESPN. ESPN fantasy access is read-only and uses ESPN league data available to your signed-in browser session; if ESPN changes its fantasy endpoints or cookie behavior, you may need to reconnect or update the helper.
