About

Anamne keeps a private archive of your AI conversations on your own device.

Use ChatGPT and Claude the way you already do. Anamne saves each conversation to
a local archive you can search, file into folders, and tag. When you want them in
your notes, it writes them to your Obsidian vault as clean Markdown. There's no
account, and nothing is uploaded unless you turn on encrypted sync yourself.

A one-off export becomes a file in your Downloads folder that you never open
again. Anamne builds a library you actually use, and keeps it current across both
platforms.

WHAT YOU GET (free)

Capture that keeps working
Anamne reads the structured conversation data behind the page, so a UI redesign
on ChatGPT or Claude won't break it.

An archive you own
Every conversation lands in a local archive with full-text search, nested folders,
and tags. The answer you half-remember from a few weeks ago is one search away,
across both platforms.

Obsidian sync
Pick a vault folder once. Anamne writes clean Markdown notes with frontmatter and
per-turn headings into your knowledge base. Setup is one click, with no API keys.

Prompt library
Keep your best prompts with fill-in {{variables}} and drop them into any chat in
one click, right inside ChatGPT and Claude.

ANAMNE PRO

More platforms: Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and DeepSeek.

Encrypted sync across your devices: your archive stays current on every machine
you use. Everything is encrypted on your device before it's uploaded, so the
server only ever holds ciphertext nobody can read.

The free features stay free.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Install Anamne and pin it.
2. Use ChatGPT and Claude as usual. Each conversation is saved when you open or
   revisit it.
3. Search it, organize it with folders and tags, and sync it to Obsidian in one click.

PRIVACY

By default your conversations stay in your browser and, if you choose, in your own
Obsidian vault. Nothing is uploaded unless you turn on cloud sync, and that sync is
end-to-end encrypted: the key stays on your device, so we only ever hold ciphertext.
