About

Dyslexia Reading Overlay makes reading on the web easier and more comfortable by letting you customise how every page looks.
Many people with dyslexia, Irlen syndrome, or visual stress find that reading black text on a bright white screen causes eye strain, headaches, or words that appear to move. A simple colour tint can make a huge difference.
With this extension you can:

Change the page background to a colour that works for you — blue, cream, yellow, mint, lavender, and more
Adjust the text colour to reduce harsh contrast
Apply a transparent colour overlay across the whole page, including images
Fine-tune the overlay strength with a simple slider
Save your settings so every website automatically uses your preferences

Your perfect colour is personal — what works for one person may not work for another. That's why everything is fully adjustable with colour pickers and preset swatches, so you can find what helps you most.
