  SiteMon is a lightweight tool for website administrators, developers, and freelancers who need to keep an eye on multiple sites at once.
  
  **How it works**
  Add your websites to SiteMon and it checks them automatically in the background — every time you open your browser, and on a schedule you set. The toolbar icon turns red the moment any site goes down.
  
  **Traffic light status**
  🟢 Green — site is reachable and responding normally
  🔴 Red — site is unreachable, timed out, or returned an HTTP error
  🟡 Yellow — site loads but content verification failed, or expiry date is within 7 days
  
  **Free features**
  • Monitor up to 6 websites
  • Automatic background checks on a schedule you set
  • Fetches the actual page title from each site
  • Click any site to open it in a new tab
  • Works entirely offline — no data ever leaves your browser
