  DailyFlow is the daily-journal Chrome extension for Notion users who want to write every day but keep losing the thread. Hit a hotkey, today's page is there: titled with the date, ready to write in. No scrolling through databases, no manual date entry, no template setup, no missed days.

  1. Connect your Notion workspace once via OAuth.
  2. Pick the database where your daily notes live (or any database — we'll create entries with a date title).
  3. Press Alt+D (or click the toolbar icon).
  4. If today's page exists, it opens. If not, DailyFlow creates it instantly with the date as the title.
  5. Type a thought into Quick Capture and it appends to today's note. No tab-switching.
  
  That's it. The daily-note habit becomes friction-free.
