Export Zillow real estate listings to Google Sheets instantly. No copy-pasting, no manual data entry.

  HOW IT WORKS

  1. Open any Zillow property detail page.
  2. Click the "Send to Sheets" button that appears on the page.
  3. The listing data is appended as a new row in your configured Google Sheet.

The extension remembers your column layout, so every subsequent export lands exactly where you need it.


  WHAT DATA IS CAPTURED

  All data visible on the listing page, including:

  - Price, home status, days on market, and listing type
  - Full address, county, and GPS coordinates
  - Bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, lot size, and year built
  - Zestimate, rent Zestimate, tax assessed value, property tax rate, and HOA fee
  - Listing agent name and phone, broker, and MLS information
  - Price event history (up to 5 entries) and annual tax history
  - Nearby school ratings, grade levels, and distances
  - Property features: heating, cooling, appliances, flooring, parking, roof, foundation, and more

You control which fields are included and which spreadsheet column each one maps to. Set it once; it applies to every export after that.


  SETUP

  1. Install the extension and create a free account at listing2sheets.com.
  2. Open the extension popup and log in.
  3. Link your Google account so the extension can write to your Sheets.
  4. Click the gear icon in the lower left corner on any Zillow listing page. 
  5. Paste your Sheet URL and configure your column mappings.
  6. Click "Send to Sheets".
