WHAT IT CHECKS:
 
Images                        
• Missing alt attribute detection (critical)                                         
• Generic / filename-like alt text warnings
• Alt text over 250 chars flagged as suspicious                                    
• Tracking pixels (1x1 or smaller) automatically excluded
                                                                                     
Headings
• No H1 on page (critical)
• Multiple H1s on a single page (warning)
• Heading levels skipped (H1 → H3 without H2)

Color Contrast
• WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratio checks
• Critical threshold: below 2.5:1 normal text / 3.5:1 large text
