POD Master Print Connector gives print-on-demand fulfillment staff instant access to paid orders and production-ready design files — right from Chrome, without opening the full POD Master dashboard.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This extension is built for staff at Shopify stores running the POD Master app. Once a staff account is created in POD Master with Chrome login enabled, they can install this extension, connect with their credentials, and immediately start browsing orders and printing designs.

FEATURES

▸ Order Browser
View all paid orders containing customized products. Search by order number, customer name, or email. Paginate through large order lists and refresh on demand.

▸ Order Details
Open any order to see: order number, date, payment status, fulfillment status, order total, customer name, email and phone, shipping method and cost, and all line items with quantities and prices.

▸ Design Thumbnails
Each line item shows per-side design thumbnails (front, back, sleeves, etc.) so you can verify the artwork at a glance before printing.

▸ Print Production-Ready PDFs (300 DPI)
When a Print Profile is assigned to a product side in POD Master, the system generates a print-ready PDF at 300 DPI with the correct paper size, margins, design placement, and optional CMYK color conversion. Click "Print PDFs" on a line item and each side opens in a new browser tab ready to send to your printer via Ctrl+P / Cmd+P.

▸ PNG Fallback
If no Print Profile is assigned, a warning is shown and a "Print Designs (PNG)" fallback button appears, opening a print-friendly page with design metadata and the raw PNG artwork.

▸ Print Order Summary
Print a full packing-slip-style summary for any order: order info, customer details, shipping, all line items, and order total. The browser's print dialog opens automatically.

▸ Product Browser
Browse your full catalog of customized products with thumbnails, search by product title, and open individual product details including mockup images and side configurations.

▸ Account Settings
Update your staff display name or change your extension password directly from the Settings page — no need to contact the store admin.

HOW IT WORKS
──────────────────────────────
1. Open the extension's Settings page (gear icon in the popup header or right-click → Options).
2. Enter your Shop ID (e.g. "mystore" from mystore.myshopify.com), staff email, and staff password.
3. Click "Test Connection" to verify, then "Save Settings".
4. Click the extension icon to open the order and product browser.

All API calls are made securely from the extension's background service worker to your POD Master server over HTTPS. Your credentials are stored only in Chrome's local synced storage and are never shared with any third party.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Shopify store with the POD Master app installed.
• A staff account in POD Master that has Chrome login permission enabled.
• The store admin must configure the Chrome API key on the POD Master server.

TIPS
──────────────────────────────
• To enable PDF printing, go to POD Master → Products → Edit → click "Print Profile" on each product side and assign a profile. All new customer orders will then have print-ready PDFs generated automatically.
• Staff accounts must be set to "Active" and have "Allow Chrome login" enabled by the store admin.
