Click the SiteGauge icon on any page and hit "Monitor this page." SiteGauge then watches that page on the schedule you choose and alerts you the moment it changes — with an AI-written summary explaining what changed and why it matters, plus a before/after visual diff. No more manually re-checking pages or squinting at diffs.
