About

Screen Recorder Studio records your screen in high quality — with sound — and saves the video straight to your computer. No account, no watermark, no
uploads to any server. Everything runs locally in your browser, so it also works completely offline.

Capture an entire screen, a single window, or just one browser tab. Add system/tab audio and your microphone at the same time — both are mixed into the
  final video.

  FEATURES
  • Record the full screen, a window, or a single browser tab
  • Capture system/tab audio and microphone together (or either one alone)
  • Choose which microphone device to use
  • Adjustable quality up to ~24 Mbit/s and frame rate up to 60 fps
  • Save as MP4 (H.264) or WebM (VP9 / VP8 / AV1) — the best available format is detected automatically
  • Pick a destination folder once and every recording is written there instantly — no "Save as" dialog for each file
  • Pause and resume without splitting the recording into separate files
  • Live preview, recording timer, and a growing file-size indicator
  • Built-in player to review the result before you keep it

  PRIVACY
The extension does not collect, transmit, or store any data on external servers. Your recordings never leave your device — they are saved directly to a
folder you choose. No special browsing permissions are requested.

  HOW TO USE
  1. Click the toolbar icon to open the recorder in a new tab.
  2. Choose quality, frame rate, format, and whether to capture system sound and/or microphone.
  3. (Optional) Pick a folder to auto-save recordings to.
  4. Click "Start", choose what to share, and enable "Share audio" in the dialog if you want sound.
  5. Click "Stop" — the video is saved to your folder or offered for download.

Works in Google Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers.
