ChatNap wakes you up by pausing mindless AI usage, giving you just enough time to stop and think, "How did I get here?" 

- Set a daily time limit. 
- ChatNap will warn you at 25, 50, and 75 percent.
- When you load an AI site, a brief overlay interrupts. Click the reason you're there, get roasted, and decide if this task really warrants AI. You can always proceed. 
- When you reach your daily limit, ChatNap locks the screen and reminds you that some part of you wanted to stop. And you can always bypass that part of you with a secret phrase. 
- Click the dashboard to see daily stats like minutes on AI, number of prompts, sessions paused, and most common reason for AI use. 

ChatNap isn't anti-AI, it's anti-mindless AI. There's a difference between synthesizing a complex process document and comparing the heights of the original cast of the Power Rangers. One of these is leverage. The other is learned helplessness. And this helplessness is masquerading under the guise of a new frontier of productivity.
