Quiet Hour guards a daily, screen-free hour from AI tools — chat assistants, AI writing, image, video, voice, code, and research sites (116 built in).

How it works:
- Choose one or more time windows and the days they apply.
- During those windows, AI sites are blocked and a calm page appears with a countdown.
- To open early you don't just click — you read a short passage and answer a few questions about it. A different passage each time, answers in a new order each time.
- Prefer to wait? A "talk me out of it" panel offers better things to do for the next few minutes.

Private by design: everything runs on your device. No account, no email, no sign-in, no servers, no tracking. Your settings never leave your browser. Works in your browser's language automatically.
