SEPEP Planner is a free tool built by ConnectedPE.com that helps Physical Education teachers plan, run, and track Sport Education in Physical Education Program (SEPEP) units from start to finish.

SEPEP gives students ownership of their sport experience through team affiliation, defined roles, and a full competitive season. This tool handles the logistics so you can focus on teaching.

WHAT IT DOES

Set up a unit in minutes:
• Choose your sport and year level
• Enter student names (type, paste from a spreadsheet, or import a CSV)
• Set courts, weeks, periods, and duty roles
• Auto-generate balanced teams with names and colours

Fair, balanced fixtures:
• Round-robin scheduling using the circle method
• Supports multiple courts and simultaneous games
• Automatic duty team rotation for non-playing teams
• Every team plays an equal number of games

Track scores and standings:
• Enter match scores round by round
• Live competition ladder updates automatically
• Points: 3 for a win, 1 for a draw, 0 for a loss
• Sortable standings with points for, against, and differential

Manage multiple units:
