  ✅ 自動記録 — ページを切り替えるだけで作業時間が自動的に記録されます。手動操作は一切不要です。
  ✅ タイムライン表示 — 何時から何時にどのサービスを使っていたか、1日の流れをひと目で確認できます。
  ✅ Googleスプレッドシート連携 — 開始時刻・終了時刻・滞在時間（分）・作業画面名を日付ごとに自動で書き出します。
  ✅ 記録範囲を自由に設定 — 記録する時間帯・曜日をカスタマイズできます。業務時間外は記録しない設定も可能です。
  ✅ テストモード搭載 — 右上の「テスト」ボタンで記録時間外でも5分間だけ動作確認できます。
  ✅ アイコン3色から選べる — White / Gray / Blue の3種類からツールバーに合わせて選択できます。
