BarrierX is a Deal Recovery Operating System (OS) that uses AI to analyze closed-lost and stalled sales deals to help B2B SaaS companies identify and re-engage with opportunities that are worth winning back. 

It specifically targets revenue that was lost due to bad timing (e.g., budget freezes, competitor contract renewals, or personnel changes) rather than a poor fit. 

Key Components and Features:

Risk Intelligence: Scans CRM data (like HubSpot/Salesforce) and monitors external triggers (e.g., job changes, funding rounds) across over 500 signals to identify which lost deals are now winnable.

ReX (Recommendation Execution): An agentic AI that generates personalized recovery strategies, creates professional documents (like ROI calculators or Mutual Action Plans), and executes multi-step workflows.

AgentX (AI Voice Assistant): Acts as an automated RevOps team, chasing prospects, updating CRM tools, and coaching sales reps in real-time.
